Detailed rules for participation in the Expo
1. Fill in the application form and then mail or fax to the Organization Committee of the Exhibition.
2. Participants should pay the full amount or 50% advanced payment for the exhibition to the organizer by wire transfer or by cash within 5 days after the application; the balance shall be paid before Apr.27, 2006, and we'll issue the invoice after receiving all exhibition expenses;
3. Participants registering after Apr. 27, 20006, should pay the exhibition expenses once in full amount;
4. Principles for allocating the exhibition rooms: "first application, first payment, first arrangement". Exhibition room with two opens needs 20% more expense.
5. Please fax the stub to the organizer after you have paid all the money.
6. The exhibition spaces can only be reserved after the participants have paid 50% advance within the specified payment period;
7. Manual for Exhibitors will be sent to the exhibitors after the organizer received the application and money before Apr. 27, 2006.
