In USA, Japan, EU, it has been widely used in health service, environment, meals service, food products, water treatment. WHO has defined its safety as class A1, EPA has authorized it as environment friendly water disinfection agent and it is esteemed as ideal chemical disinfection agent all over the world. The Ministry of Health of PRC has authorized it as high performance disinfection agent. It has been authorized as food additive by PRC national standard(HG/T2777-1996, HG3669-2000) and using in drinking water by 《disinfection technical regulation》enacted by The Ministry of Health of PRC.
