In the brook nature reserve of the county in Yongshun in Tujia-Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Xiangxi of Hunan Province, peasant households move out in the remote mountains that inhabit for generations without any confusion. The local government is first-phase investment of more than 10 million yuan of this relocation.
In more than one year, the automonous prefecture of western Hunan increase 24 nature reserves , all kinds of total amount of protection zones has already been up to 46 in Quanzhou . Only nearly 1/5 of the land of automonous prefecture of ethnic minority in Hunan has already become the nature reserve.
In the protection zone, the ancient and well-known trees can be found everywhere, the rare animal haunts again and again . Among them there are 8 kinds first-grade state protection trees such as Chinese yews , dove tree ,etc., there are 48 kinds countries first and second class protected animals such as clouded leopard , macaque ,etc. |
