Srinagar, Nov 10 : The Jammu and Kashmir Forest Protection Force (FPF) has claimed to have seized a truck loaded with 162 bags of illegal charcoal in Baramulla district.

The Gama unit of the FPF, Baramulla, in its drive against timber smugglers, seized the truck at the Sangrama forest protection check-post yesterday, an official spokesman said.

In two other raids in Sopur town, a timber mill was sealed and 40 cubic feet of illegal timber seized, he said.
